When and where is the auction? Saturday, April 5th. Doors open at 4:30pm at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in St. Helens, OR. The main event will be taking place in the Pavilion. Childcare will be provided in the 4H building.
Who can come? All are welcome! However, this is an adult-only (21 and over) event, with childcare available.
Who is providing childcare? A licensed childcare provider will be overseeing Scappoose HS leadership students run an organized and fun experience for children who are daytime potty trained from ages 3-12. Childcare opens at 4:15pm and closes at 8:30pm. Cost is $10 per child. Payment includes 4+ hours of childcare, dinner, snacks, and activities!
Do I need a ticket to attend? Yes! To attend the auction, individuals must pre-purchase a $30 ticket - get your tickets here! Pre-purchasing an entire table that seats eight people for $250 will allow you to secure who sits with you. Otherwise, seating is not assigned. Ticket sales close on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025.
Why should I go? Not only will you have a fantastic time sharing an evening with our school community, but the SEPO Spring Auction is the largest fundraising event for the three elementary schools: Warren, Grant Watts, and Otto Petersen. All funds raised will be used to provide enhanced classroom experiences, field trips, supplies, and more!
Will food be served at the auction? Yes! Food will be catered by Beyond the Forest. Appetizers, dinner, dessert, and nonalcoholic beverages are included with your ticket.
Will there be alcohol? Yes! Beer and wine will be available for purchase at $5 a drink.
What will happen at the auction? Participants will enjoy silent and live auctions, fundraising games, and more!
How much cash should I bring? None! This is a cashless event. When pre-purchasing a ticket and registering for the event, a credit card will be saved. At the event, you will use your bidder number to indicate drink and item purchases. At check out, your card will be charged.
